Bangsaen Aquarium

The Bang Saen Aquarium / Institute of Marine Science is housed within Burapha University at Bang Saen Beach in Chonburi. The institute is divided into three sections; the marine science museum, the aquarium, and a research laboratory. The center exists both for research purposes and as a place for students and visitors to learn about marine science.

Bang Saen beach

Bang Saen beach is a very popular long beach with plenty to do - withing easy reach of bangkok and Chonburi. This market is located on Sukhumvit Road along the way to Bang Saen and has gained popularity over the years. Nong Mon Market offers a vast variety of locally produced seafood products such as fish, squids and shrimps as well as other delicious food and local fruits.

Khao Sam Muk

Khao Sam Muk is a small hill, situated between Ang Sila and Bangsaen Beach Rd. The foot of the hill is also the home of the holy shrine of Chao Mae Sam Muk. It is where the locals visit to commemorate the legend of the lovers who ended their lives tragically after vowing their eternal love for each other in 18th century.

Si Racha Railway Station

Si Racha Junction Railway Junction is a railway station located in Surasak Subdistrict, Si Racha District, Chon Buri. It is a class 3 railway station located 130.605 km (81.2 mi) from Bangkok railway station. It opened in July 1989 as part of the Chachoengsao Junction-Sattahip Port section. Then the Laem Chabang Port Line, for freight trains only, opened in 1992, thus turning this station into a junction.

Burapha University

Burapha University originated from Bangsaen Educational College which was the first regional tertiary educational institute, established on July 8, 1955. Subsequently, it became a campus of Srinakharinwirot University and was renamed Srinakharinwirot University, Bangsaen Campus on June 29, 1974. On July 29, 1990, it was again renamed Burapha University and later became autonomous on January 9, 2008.

Bangsaen Heritage Convention Center
